If you have the card installed on a windows machine - copy the .inf and .sys files belonging to the card to a directory.
...or take them off the install-cd for the card
put them (copy them...) in a (preferrably empty) directoryof your choice
issue the command:
ndiswrapper -i /the_path_to/the_directory/*.inf
this will install the windows drivers to /etc/ndiswrapper/ and set them up for the use with linux
If the .exe is a self-extracting archive you can get it with the appropriate un-archiver (unzip for zip as was mentioned or unrar for rar unace for ace etc) ... else just wine it
