Angry understanding dependencies

I keep incountering problems with dependencies...
Installing one of MySQL package, the installation failed dependency Mysql-DBI-perl-bin, i look around for the package and after a while i find in on google. I installed the package, it was an rpm:
rpm -ivh package
and after i try to reinstall the mysql package MySQL-bench-3.23.46-1.i386.rpm and it still fail the dependency.

What the hell is wrong
