The C compiler you need is gcc. To download and install it: 'urpmi gcc'.
However, I recommend you try something else. First of all, go to
Easy URPMI and make sure you tick all the options - then copy and paste the commands into a teminal window (like Konsole) and install the updates. Once that's done, go back to the terminal and type 'urpmi wine' or 'urpmi winex'. That should do the trick, and will be much easier.
