TvTime and Kernel 2.6.12xxx

I need help in getting Linux FC3 to recognize, and use my ATI Rage 128 video/tuner AGP card.
TvTime opens with a blue screen saying "/dev/video0" can't be opened.
This card works fine in Windoze98, using ATIs' software.
Windoze loads Bt829 drivers for the video capture, and another for the TV tuner.
The chips on the card are : Bt829BKRF , and AIW 128.
The tuner is a Temic 3X1 xxxxx.
What drivers are required by TvTime and this card?
Despirately need to get /dev/vido0 to be recognized and opened!
Linux lists it the hardware found section as a Rage 128.
