piccolo solo LQ Newbie Registered: Apr 2006 Distribution: Ubuntu - Breezy Posts: 16 Original Poster Rep:	OK - so I didn't read the instructions properly from the very beginning!!! thought I NEEDED the AMD64 system - Dohhh! I'm going to do a re-install with i386 version. If 64bit linux is as problematic for drivers as 64bit XP, then I want to make life easier for myself. Thanks for your help.
