i am behind a heavy http proxy and the only torrent client that worked on my windows waz BITLORD ....not bitcommet nor azureues .....which linux torrent client will be able to work behind a proxy ........


is there a http-tunnel proxy bypass application in linux as i used http-tunnel in windows (www.http-tunnel.com)

Theoretically, if you can get one torrnet client working, then you shouldn't have a problem with the rest.

I'd go back and check your settings in BitComment, Azureus etc...

Also keep in mind, that if you are in an area which requires a "heavy http proxy", then it's probably there for a reason. Check that you are not breaching any network policy's first.
