I have :
- more tools, softwares, files which users always need.
- Linux Web server with MYSQL,PHP support.
- More space on my server.

What i need
- A tool can run as web, user can access my webserver through their browser, and they can download or upload the softwares, tools or files,..that they need for working.
- This tool also can manage, arrange, manage downloading or accessing from all users.
- It must support PHP language because my server has already supported PHP.

Please tell me some tools can solve my purposes. Thank you very much.

A simple Zope setup will allow this, although it may be a little overkill

Your mean is http://www.zope.org or http://www.zope.com/.
However i think it can't help my purpose. I only need manage download softwares, files which store in my local hardisk, users can access through web page and get it as they browse in Internet.

Please help me.
