Terminal tools for Windows

Hello,

I have to work on Windows but I have to administrate 4-5 linux machines. Until now I used putty to connect to the linux machines via ssh. It is good but not very user friendly.
Is there any better terminal tool for Win?
A tabbed terminal with proxy settings (and maybe free) would be nice.

Thanks for your help!

You might consider installing CygwinX on the Windows machine. You could run a X11 program on a remote linux machine and have it show up on your local windows machine. This may be quicker than VNC. In any case, using tools like grep, sed & perl on the windows machine can be handy. Even when not connecting to a Linux host.
