Trying to install aMSN and need to install TCL/TK first. When installing TCL/TK i get the following message:

cheking wether to use symlinks for manpages
cheking compression for
checking for
checking for
configure:error: no acceptable cc found in $PATH

Could some one please help a desperate newbie
I have mandrake 9.1
