systemback wont install on ubuntu 16.04

hi folks, im trying out ubuntu 16.04, sorted out the software centre issue but i can not get it to install systemback using sudo below

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nemh/systemback*
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install systemback

had no problem doing it on 15.10
when it gets to the end of sudo apt-get install systemback
it says

Media change: please insert the disc labeled
'Ubuntu 16.04 LTS _Xenial Xerus_ - Release i386 (20160420.1)'
in the drive '/media/cdrom/' and press [Enter]

which is strange as systemback isnt on the disk any way, nothing happens when i press enter any way, it just asks again

hope someone can help and thanks in advance for any help
regards

You should better make a backup of the important data on a external media.

The reinstallation of Ubuntu only takes ~15 min.

Comment out the cdrom repository by adding a '#' before it in your srources.list or wherever it is added.

Erm, NO.

Adding this PPA to your system

You missed it by * much.
Code:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nemh/systemback
and the rest should go well.
Ask if not. You may have to "accept" the key-add thingie too.

YES, cracked it,
nothing seemed to work, same results at the end asking for 16.04 cd so i took a chance and out of frustration i just added the first part of the sudo to the end of the result without closing terminal and wolla, it loaded perfect , did a live create and created iso and created a live usb drive on my old xp desk top with universal usb creator, all good.
thanks for all your advice folks, appreciation and respect to you all.
just need to figure how to get google chrome on this as its 32 bit, apparently it can be done so if you know how could you please point me to an answer on here or a link to it.

long lve rock n roll ... sorry , i mean linux ....
