Syncronize directories between server and laptop

Greetings,

I just set up a small home network with a server for authentication and NFS, and a couple of old PC's as well as my new laptop as "clients".

The server shares /home to all clients, but my challenge is keeping a concurrent version of my documents (letters, work projects, etc) on both my laptop and the server. There are various programs that allow this under Mac and Windows - can anyone advise of such a program/system under Linux?

It's somewhat like the old "My Briefcase" solution from Win95, except that one was absolutely horrible...

Thanks for listening,

-Y1

I'm fairly sure that rsync can do what you're after.
