Swapfile


i created a swapfile using this command

[root@RedHat9 /]# dd if=/dev/zero of=swapfile bs=1024 count=262144

now when i try to initialise it i get this error wid this command

[root@RedHat9 /]# mkswap swapfile 262144
bash: mkswap: command not found

wot shud i do?plz help!!

use "swapon" instead of mkswap
