Suse Watcher always Orange

Hello

Can someone please advise on why Suse Watcher in the system tray is always orange. In addition, when I click on it to check for update connection is always failed. And yes, I am a bona fide newbie!

Thanks in advance.

RED = CRITICAL UPDATES
ORANGE = Optional but important updates
Yellow = Bleh updates
Green = Nothing important to update

Thanks for your response. Now Suse watcher is always red and when I click on it the only option that is highlighted is a new kernal update. However, last time I done this I lost all my sound and had to reinstall.

Suggestions gratefully received!

Thanks again.
