Suse 9 LIcense.?

Hi Peoples..

Curious as whether it is legal under their license to obtain copies of Suse 9.0 (Professional or Personal edition) from other users who currently have a copy ? I was looking into getting a copy, however, heard somewhere that Suse has a slightly different license that makes is harder for copying and passing it on.?

Could someone please clarify this for me.? Many thanks..

I do not think the license allows you to copy the installation CD's and install on other computers than the one(s) you have licensed.

You can however create a bootable DVD installation disk from the FTP contents, or just download the tiny boot CD image and do an FTP installation.
