Suse 7.0

Hi all. I am tring to install Suse 7.0 Proffesional edition. I hit a snag though, my first installation cd is damaged and so i can't even start the installation. Am trying to get my hands on a download link available where i can download the 1st CD or at least the files appearing in it, so i can burn a CD and get down with the installation. Any ideas. Thanks.

why are you using such an ancient version of SuSE? I belive 7.0 came out in like.. 2000??

I would recommend at least something in the 9.x series.

whaaa?? You're running exercises intended for Sun Solaris 7 on SuSE Linux 7.0 ???

I suppose the degree of success you can expect to ascertain would depend on the nature of the exercises... for example.. VI is VI is VI... whether you are using Solaris, Linux, or BSD.. however.. Solaris has many tools/features not available in SuSE(or Linux for that matter) and the same goes visa versa... You can, however, download Solaris 9 and Solaris 10 from sun.com. I would expect these would give you better luck on your exercises...
