Surfing the web from a PC via a remote linux server? Software recommendations.

I am trying to find linux software that will allow my PC to surf my dedicated linux server via the web. I cannot go to the actually machine, everything (install) has to be done via ssh or telnet. Any ideas?

You mean using the Linux server as a proxy? Where you would connect to the server and tunnel all HTTP traffic through that one link?
