SuperKaramba kicker issues, SuSE 10.0

I downloaded the SuSE 10 Super Karamba .37rc2 rom from kdelook. It installed fine, and ran fine. I thought, "Great! Now I can use some of these little applets to make my kicker look better, and tool around with some of these others." First one I got that replaces or works in conjection with a kicker loaded, killed my kicker bar, which KDE says crashed, and then crashed SuperKaramba.

So I tried loading it again, and this time the replacement bar came up, but won't configure because the configure requires a middle mouse button, and doesn't accept middle clicks from my mouse(which works everywhere else, btw.)

So I gave up on that one, ended my session and started a new one to get my kicker back. I tried another few little toys, which ran okay, but any time I want one which has kicker like properties it crashes my kicker, and usually, but not always crashes SuperKaramba too.

Is this is a bad SuperKaramba? Is this why it is .37rc2 instead of a full version? Should I try to downgrade to .36? Or is there something I need to know about in trying to get this to work properly?

I went through their FAQ, but their site is out of date anyway, and I couldn't find any help there.

I tried going back to .36, I had the same issue on the first attempt at the one that started this whole issue. Anyone else have these issues? Or does SuperKaramba work for everyone else?

I am trying slickbar, which is giving me the most difficulty, anyone else using that successfully so I can know what is going on?
Or just other kicker replacements, as those all seem to be giving me issues.

Superkaramba seems to have problems in Suse 10. Some of my themes that work fine on other distros won't work properly on Suse 10 and I am trying to figure out why this is the case.
