Squid is blocking me out of one particular website.

Hello,

Just got a bit of an issue with my Squid proxy. I haven't got any specific ACL's blocking this and I don't have any squid redirectors either. When I'm using squid transparently (with redirection rule in my firewall) I can access all but one particular site. That site being:

* www.bom.gov.au

For some reason in the last month or so I haven't been able to get into that website. To my knowledge every other page works. When I goto access the BOM, it always hangs and times out.

Now I've been right through my squid.conf, have 'rm -r /var/squid/*', and created my swap directories and everything from scratch, but still I cannot access it! Why oh why is it just this one site which is stopping me!?

I'm stumped, when I turn the proxy off it works instantly! Could this website have done something on their side to cause this? (I know it sounds crazy).
