Squid - allow access and add passwords

I have just installed squid but I'm not sure how to edit the conf file to allow requests from browsers. I simply want to run a test to ensure it's working and then I will:
- add user and PW auth
- forward requests to port 80 to 3128

Hi,

Check out these examples from the Squid website.

They also have a link to an online Tutorial which explains how Squid works and how you configure things.

In my opinion a great start, I've used it myself to get where I am now. This weekend I'm putting Squid in production environment.

Kind regards,

Eric
