Spice or windows installation

Hi.

Im currently using Debian Sarge, and I like it. Have been using it as the only OS in about 6 month, however, I have to be able to draw electronics schematics, simultate, PCB Layot, and have been using PSPICE for this purpose in windows. I have tried to get it going using wine, but didn't manage, so now my question is:

Have someone managed to get PSPISE working in linux?

If not, is there a pro. alternative?

I would like to just keep this OS, but I am forced to switch partly to windows if this cant be done.

Regards.

Have you tried wine? I know that may be the best alternative, but its worth a shot.

Hi.

I my self is an engineer student, and Im using VMWare to emulate windows XP. That way I can keep linux as it is, and use my favorite schematics tools like pspice.

Couldn't get wine and pspice to work together, and dualbooting is really anoying.

either of you guys try crossover office? it is an extention of the wine project with far more support for modern windows apps. you can get a free 30day trial, after that i think it is something like a $40 one time fee.
