spamassassin need help

Hi, how to do in spamassassin spam test that when email has come message is empty.
For example function EMPTY_MESSAGE works then message is empty and there is no subject, but i need only empty message.
Can somebody help me?

Make a local rule that reverses meta_tests.cf's __NONEMPTY_BODY ?

I tried but did not work, because this function cheking subject and whole message.
Maybe it can be done somehow with .procmailrc?
