Some mem problems with pci region

I have been installing drivers for my video card and they are installed properly. But when I try to start x I get error "No devices detected". Here is one line I discovered in my syslog:

Mar 24 14:40:37 novusita kernel: PCI: Unable to reserve mem region #1:4000000@f0000000 for device 0000:01:00.0

That is where my video card is, here is from lspci
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: VIA Technologies, Inc.: Unknown device 3108 (rev 01)
