Some googling would answer your questions. Skype has a Linux version and there are several BitTorrent clients for Linux. As for Macromedia (now Adobe) Flash, there is a browser plugin available for Linux, but if you're talking about other Flash products, then I'd assume not. In general, you can't run Windows software natively on Linux. You can, however, look at using WINE or CrossOver to run Windows programs in Linux, or find Linux equivalents of the software you use.
