Question SNORT


I am getting earror after adding single rule in the local.rules file

The error message is:-

device eth0 left promiscuous mode
audit(1236563624.207.131): dev=eth0 prom=0 old_prom=256 auid=4294967295

Question

Ammmm.... I am really Sorry I made mistake......This is not error message what I get.......

Actual error is.....
ERROR: openpcap() FSM compilation failed:
syntax error
FAtal Error..... Quiting
