saving in quanta gives an error

i am trying to save a quanta project as a plain text file but i get this error message:

The document could not be saved, as the selected encoding cannot encode every unicode character in it. If you are unsure of which encoding to use, try UTF-8 or UTF-16.

where do i change the utf setting?

In the Quanta menu bar, click on Settings. At the top of the list, click on Configure Quanta. In the dialogue that comes up, click on Environment. In the bottom right corner of the next dialogue, there's a Default Character Encoding dropdown list. Scroll down the list until you get to the UTF options.
