Samba or NFS for a vfat partition ?

Hi!

There is my dilemma: i have a pc under linux with a vfat formated disk. i'd like to share it with other linux-pc at home, using a network file system...

I heard that NFS gives weird thing if we share a vfat partition, but Samba should be used only if i want to share my partition with a windows-pc, which i don't...

Should i use NFS or Samba afterall ?
