Running Plugins in Bazaar VCR

Bazaar VCR is impressive. Generally, the documentation is excellent, too. I have been disappointed with myself as I can not find how to run plugins. The Bazaar user guide describes in some detail the advantages of plugins and their installation. However, I con not find a statement how to run the installed plugins. Apparently, that is very simple and self explanatory. Alas, it is not self explanatory to me... There has to be a simple command line option to run qbzr, which is a plugin that I would like to start experiment with.

I would appreciate an indication how to do that in Bazaar. Their mailing list is clearly for the developers of Bazaar. It seems to me that it is not an appropriate forum for asking user questions. Any suggestions?

Thank you for reading this and for your reply!
