Running konsole from Gnome...

I use Gnome, however I would like to use KDE's konsole, as well since I like it a lot, however when i try to run it from gnome's console i get message:

konsole: error while loading shared libraries: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

OK, makes sence -- konsole requires some kde pakages to run in order to function and that's not happening while I'm running GNOME, however is it possible to force run these packages, hence making konsole usable?

thank you
