when I try to run apollon on my slackware 9 machine, I get the following:

I installed it using the full package that supposedly comes with everything it needs. If it comes with everything, then why wont this work?
First things first, I havn't gotten Apollon to run under anything other than KDE. So I would try installing the apollon part while in KDE. Also, have you configured giFT yet?
I am in KDE, actually. When I first tried apollon, I didnt relaize I needed gift for it. so I installed gift, and then reinstalled apollon. it's still the same problem though
