The command line tool behind rpmdrake is 'urpmi'.

# urpmi <package>
will download and install packages.

To know the short package name, that urpmi understands,
please use this command :
'rpm -qa | sort > my-installed-packages.txt'
Will create a text file in /home/"user"/ with all
installed packages, alphabetically sorted.
'rpm -qa --last > last-packages.txt'
will show a date for the install too, the latest
( last ) at the top of the file.
.....

Troubleshooting : May be install the previous version
from the install DVD.
.....
