rpmbuild desired cpu options

Hello.
I am preparing rpms for my vintage laptop pentium 120 mhz running RH 7.0 on a pentium 4 running red hat 7.0 in vmware
When I do rpmbuild --rebuild -t target i386 somepackage.src.rpm
it compiles with -march i386 and -mtune i686
so that packages optimized to run on i686, but I need them to be optimized for i586 or even for i486 (on my another laptop)
So, how can I tell rpmbuild to build packages with my desired mtune ?

I am not certain but you may need to invoke rpmbuild with a different command, perhaps:

rpmbuild -t target i386 --recompile somepackage.src.rpm
