Question Ripping chapters jpegs from dvd?

I'm trying to build a database of my existing dvd's. Problem is the chapter names are usually buried in the menu, or on the jacket of the DVD.

The jacket of the DVD I can work with. But is there any way of pulling the images off the menus of a dvd (other than screen shots) so I can see the chapters?

What I'm doing is taking this list:

Chapter: 01, Length: 00:03:32.100, Start Cell: 01
Chapter: 02, Length: 00:03:45.300, Start Cell: 02
Chapter: 03, Length: 00:04:55.020, Start Cell: 03
...

and turning it into
Chapter: 01 - Main Titles
Chapter: 02 - In Paris
Chapter: 03 - My Life for Hers

sort of thing.

So when in the DVD if you click on the Scene Selection or Jump to Scene... or whatever they call it, you get a list of the names on the chapters. What I'm looking for is a way to capture those images so I can make my chapter lists without the need to keep going back to the DVD.
