I recommend you either actually pay attention to the replies you get, or you don't bother posting in the first place. Repeating yourself benefits no one.
Then why don't you go to RedHat's website and GET THEM???

Then read the installation documents on RedHat's site

Then go to VMware's site, and download what you want, and read the docs.
Do you really expect us to spoon-feed you everything? And if you're not going to PAY for RHEL, you should be using CentOS. Also, VMware isn't free either, but you can load VirtualBox for free.
If you're studying for the RHCSA/RHCE exams, I suggest a couple of things:
1) Get a 64-bit version of RHEL 6. As suggested by acid_kewpie, CentOS 6 (and Scientific Linux 6) are functionally identical for most purposes, including exam study.
2) Use KVM. It's the virtual machine solution included with RHEL 6. (KVM requires a 64-bit system with hardware virtualization enabled.)
In addition, I do suggest that when acid_kewpie writes, that you listen. His messages normally include a wealth of excellent information.
