how can i upgrade to fedacore 2 ? idid some research but the results did not satisfy my query....from what i know pls correct me if i aint right....do i need to update my kernel instead of reinstalling the whole OS itself? thanks
well upgrding will also help u improving ur performance
i have migrated from RH 9 to FC2 ,i find new only applications there
i used compile my kernel on RH9 and was getting good performace the only difference here is of new applications,not of performance(here too i have get my own kernel working)

this is not the case
u will b upgrading frm 2.4 to 2.6 but if u already ugraded ur kernel while using redhat 9.0 ,then that kernel will be beter from the fedora 2 kernel
also u will get new applications in FC2 like KDE multimedia etc etc
