RH 7.1 can't detect my modem ... in dmesg log file.

I had just installed RH7.1 and can't seemed to get RH to detect my modem (US Robotics Model 3094.3095). It's a PCI card. Can RH detect PCI card instead of ISA card? I looked in the dmesg log file and right after the "dectect pnp cards: " no modem is found. Any suggestions?
Thanks

modem

according to http://www.idir.net/~gromitkc/20020228a.html your modem is a Conexant HSF modem, you might try http://www.mbsi.ca/hsflinux/.
Also you should have a look at www.linmodem.org

Hope that helps.
