remove URL heading when printing in mozilla?
Does anyone know how to remove that annoying URL heading when printing in Mozilla?

IE and firefox both allow you to do a 'page setup' which can modify print layout, including header/footer (it seems common, i assume mozilla has similar feature)
-- this is not in the preferences, look in the 'file' menu
