Question Redhat 8.0 and Speakup

I am new to Linux and recently installed Redhat 8.0 on my laptop. I thought that speakup came with Redhat 8.0, but I can't seem to find it on the CD's. Can someone tell me how to find it?

I'm running RH with everything installed and Speakup is nowhere to be found.

This might be your best bet:
