Two are local SW and one is a commercial service. Filtering functionality exists in Privoxy which means you don't download unwanted content like ads and Squid caches often requested items. The answer AFAIK is "none" because no element you add to the chain can make up for loss in speed by the other elements. The obvious bottleneck is TOR. It provides an uncomparable service (especially since JAP has gone commercial) but at the expense of browsing speed, because of the overhead and unequal router speed.
