digsby0007 Member Registered: Jan 2003 Posts: 94 Rep:	question about auth error in RH 8 if i log into the desktop as a user, then I open a terminal, and su as root. then i run things like galeon, mozilla, or nautilus i get this error in the terminal GnomeUI-WARNING **: While connecting to session manager: Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the authentication protocols specified are supported and host-based authentication failed. any thoughts? digsby
