Kopete questions

Hi,

Today i started going through instant messaging clients for linux, i tried AIM, Gaim, and found both of them to be "old" looking, next i tried Kopete and so far i liked it, for th most part. The are two things about it that bother me and i was wondering if any1 here knows how to fix them:

1. How do i get Kopete to be docked on the side of the screen like AIM, or any other IM client does in other operating systems (windows of Tiger) ?
2. How do i custom sort the order of the folders, rather than have them alphabetized?

The may be stupid questions, but that nay be because i'm a stupid person :-)
