Proftpd + anonymous uploads

Hi folks,

I've got ProFTPd running, for normal users and anonymous users.

Anonymous users can upload to Upload en can download from Public. Now I want normal users, who are a member of the group superusers, can delete files from Upload.

Is is possible?
