Question ProFTP motd problem

Hello,

I'm trying to get the motd to work with ProFTP (DisplayLogin). I have it set to /etc/ftpmotd, but it won't display. The file owner and group are set to nobody, and I've set all permissions on (read, write and execute). As I understand it, the text in the ftpmotd file should display when someone is successfully logged in. But it doesn't.

Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone have a suggestion for me? Thanks in advance for any help.

Brad
