Question Problem with my PostFix configuration

Hello,

Like the title says, i have a problem with my PostFix configuration using Ubuntu.

I have a server that hosts multiple websites / domains / email. Some of these websites use a PHP contact form that sends email using the PHP mail function.

Everything seemed to work perfect, untill someone tries to use a contact form attached to an e-mail adress that issn't hosted at my server. The e-mail gets bounced (see error log)...

Sending an e-mail to Hotmail or Gmail works like a charm though

Code:
Nov 15 16:09:39 dedi563 postfix/smtp[27021]: 0F24CCF2257: to=<email[at]example.com>, relay=mail.daltecnet.nl[193.36.186.22]:25, delay=0.5, delays=0.09/0/0.4/0.01, dsn=5.1.8, status=bounced (host mail.daltecnet.nl[193.36.186.22] said: 553 5.1.8 Sender address <www-data@dedi563.pcextreme.nl> domain does not exist (in reply to MAIL FROM command))

It's normal. mail.daltecnet.nl checks to see if dedi563.pcextreme.nl is publicly DNS resolvable and, when it is not, refuses to accept the mail.

You could set up a public MX record for it -- if you have the authority to administer pcextreme.nl DNS records.

I do have the authority. Can/will you tell me where and how to do this?

Sorry -- I have done little DNS administration and have no idea how your DNS server is accessed so cannot help.
