I've got a problem and need a your help!

A few months ago I wrote a programm for an Online Mulitplayer Game. The programm was realy simple. It logged in to the OnlineGame, downloaded the page with the Infos and toke the informations from it with a 'grep'-command. The problem now is, that they changed some settings of the game and now I can't download the page, so my application is useless

I've searched now two weeks for a solution, but wasn't able to find or construct something that worked. Now I realy hope on your help!!!!

For helping me, you need the folowing Informations:
The location of the game is at http://www.d-wars.com
My Account for testing (Username) is "firegate" and the password "dwlogin"

For the Programm, script or what you use to bring it on:
There are two things that i could use in my application. I'm REALY happy, if you can give me a solutin for one of these options!!! I don't need bouth, but it would be nice to have

The Basiccode works with option 1, the advanced code with option 2:

1 - Login with Username and Password and download (get) the following Informations:
-Is the picture "1.jpg" or "1.gif" shown? -->That's realy important for the application and depends on the game situation (mostly "1.gif" is shown)

2 - Login with Username and Password and get all informations on: "http://whateveristhere/php/geheimdienst.php4"
You see the Informations when you klick on "Geheimdienstzentrum" on the Menu and then "Daten Anfordern"

Hey, I realy hope you can help me! -->How<-- you GET these Informations is NOT important. You can use Perl, a console based webbrowser or something else, but I need to get it working again. (my gentoobox hasnt't X running. Only console, because it's a server) Please help me!
