Hi All.
I am having problems installing printer drivers on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (AMD 64bit).
The following are the steps which I have taken.
1) On the following page, I click the 'Drivers' link on the left side of the page, then the driver (Linux V1.00.06 Print Driver 6 Aug, 2013 MULTI LANGUAGE 15.35 MB) and save it to a folder on the Desktop, called 'PrinterDriverNew'.

2) I extract the contents of the ULD_Linux_V1.00.06.tar.gz file into the same 'PrinterDriverNew' folder and end up with an extracted folder called 'uld'.
3) I enter the following in the Terminal and press Enter.
cd /home/me/Desktop/PrinterDriverNew/uld
4) I get the following.
me@pc:~/Desktop/PrinterDriverNew/uld$
Is it correct that I now need to find a file called 'install' before using './configure', 'make' and 'sudo make install'? If this is the case, I am having trouble locating the right file. I have tried typing 'ls' beforehand, but there are several subfolders, etc. so I'm not sure if I need to type 'ls' for each folder.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
