Problem installing FC3 - Assertion Failed


This is the first time I've tried installing Linux and I'm not sure what's going on. I boot from a DVD; when I install I get the bugs:

Assertion (heads>0) at disk_dos.c:485 in function probe_partition_far_geom() failed.

I also get the same bug but at disk_dos.c:490.
