Hello....
I tried to install th "Xawtv-3.95"...when i type make install from the root i amgetting this error...
Oops: (n)curses library not found. You need this one, please install.
Note: to compile stuff just the library packages are not enougth,
you need also the *-devel packages.
make: *** [arch-i686-linux/Makefile] Error 1
After installing that package i am getting this error..
checking for initscr in -lncurses... yes
checking for X... no
checking for jpeg_start_compress in -ljpeg... no

yes i installed the jpeg library and installed...now compilation completed...i have another problem now..when i type xawtv in terminal i getting following message...what to do?
This is xawtv-3.95.dfsg.1, running on Linux/i686 (2.6.22-14-generic)
