Problem in Package Manager.

When I enter my password this is the reply I get.

Also in trying to back of my software, it runs for ever and finds nothing.

E: Type 'ppapenlp-core/release' is not known on line 1 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/additional-repositories.list
E: The list of sources could not be read.
Go to the repository dialog to correct the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.

Running Mint17 Qiana
Looking for suggestions.

Tried that, but still get the same reading. I'm taking the plunge ....saved all my files etc., I have just downloaded Mint 17.3 and I am going to re-install the whole package.

Well, why bother asking for help?
Remove the PPA > Refresh Cache and get on with your business.

Sorry if this bugged you. I thought if there was a quick fix I'd give it a try. On the other hand I have been thinking of updating to the newer version, and this just gave me the reason to do it. Thanks for the suggestions.
