Power failure, Firebird won't start

We had a nice power outage here, and I had a bunch of programs running of course, including Mozilla Firebird. Now when I try to start up firebird, it gives me this user profile dialog, when I try to select "default" it says that default is already running. Which is bollocks.
Is there a file somewhere I need to delete or something, or is the install botched?

I think the lock file is somewhere in the .firebird directory. Should be just called lock if I am not mistaken.
