Postfix Concurrency Problem
Well, it finally happened. After almost a year of faithful server, Postfix has finally caused me headaches again. This time its not totally Postfixes fault.
Basically, what the deal is is that the internet connection on our dedicated SMTP Server (running Postfix) went down. We have a direct connection between our primary web/pop server that spools all email to Postfix through an internal connection. When all this occurred tons of mail spooled to Postfix but couldn't get out.
I have resolved most of the related issues but there's one I haven't been able to resolve yet. Our main server has a status address that receives server updates every few minutes on various system functions and statistics. Because they were sitting in queue so long, the address has hit the concurrency limit and all emails spooled to this address are getting immediately rejected. I need to know if there's some way to reset the concurrency limit or force it out of the hard limit?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
